The purpose of the Personnel Development Program Data Collection Center (DCC) Helpdesk is to respond to questions regarding the Office of Special Education Programs' Personnel Development Program requirements and regulations and to provide assistance using the Data Collection System (DCS). Please provide the grant number when submitting a question to DCC. Inquiries may be submitted by phone, e-mail, fax, and U.S. mail. Social security numbers should only be provided in the secure DCS or by U.S. Mail. We make every effort to respond to your questions within two business days.
