Institutions of Higher Education

Welcome to the grantee section of the Professional Development Program Data Collection System (PDPDCS) website. This section of the website is designed for grantees that have been awarded grants from the Office of Indian Education’s (OIE) Professional Development Program (PDP) in 2009 and any year thereafter. The PDPDCS is a secure, online data collection system that collects participants’ contact, training and service payback information for use in reporting PDP performance measures and tracking service payback fulfillment.

A grant profile has been entered for each grant based on information provided from OIE. The grant project director is sent an email from the PDPDCS with login instructions for accessing the PDPDCS. The grant project director must login to PDPDCS and enter information for each participant who receives funds from a PDP grant. The grant project directors may register one additional staff member for login access to the PDPDCS. The grantee must enter into the PDPDCS the name, address, email address, social security number, training information and service payback details of each participant. The service payback agreement must be completed and signed by both the participant and grantee and then faxed or uploaded into the PDPDCS in order to begin payback.

The PDPDCS has developed several resources to support grantees, including screen shots of the grantee reporting form; Frequently Asked Questions, and recorded trainings. Grantees are encouraged to contact the Help Desk for further information and assistance. Please note that grants are identified by the grant award number. Please reference this number in your communications with the Help Desk.
