The purpose of the Payback Information Management System (PIMS) Help Desk is to respond to questions regarding the Rehabilitation Long-Term Training program regulations and to provide assistance using the system. Inquiries may be submitted by phone, e-mail, fax, and U.S. mail. Please provide your name, phone number, email, and the grant number when submitting a question to the Help Desk. Social security numbers should only be provided in the secure PIMS or by U.S. mail. We make every effort to respond to your questions within two business days.
